Two Friends with different backgrounds, come together to make the needed change. Meet Devaki and Neda :

Devaki Ranadhir is a dedicated and compassionate healthcare professional with a dual background in both nursing and finance. Devaki is experienced as a Registered Nurse and  has developed strong clinical skills and a deep understanding of patient care, particularly in helping individuals with special needs. She also she served as a Finance and Payroll Manager, has further honed her organizational and financial management skills, ensuring seamless operations behind the scenes.

Devaki is passionate about bringing positive change to the lives of people with physical and mental disabilities. She believes in providing person-centered care that not only addresses the medical needs of individuals but also empowers them to live fulfilling lives. Her vision is to make high-quality, compassionate care accessible to all NDIS participants.

Neda is an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse with seven years of dedicated service in various healthcare settings. Throughout her career, Neda has held leadership roles, including team leader and in-charge nurse in aged care, and she is currently working as a district nurse and support worker at Bolton Clarke. Her diverse experience spans public and private hospitals, as well as community nursing, where she has worked across acute, rehabilitation, and surgical wards.

For the past four years, Neda has worked as a community nurse and support coordinating case manager, specializing in providing care to people with complex needs. She excels at delivering individualized care plans that address diverse goals, including housing stability, employment, mental health, and healthcare services. Neda is committed to respecting the unique needs of each patient, embracing their cultural, religious, and national backgrounds, while placing their needs at the center of her care.
